Education Administrator – HMP & YOI Bronzefield

The Education Administrator at HMP & YOI Bronzefield plays a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of education, qualifications, and prisoner progression within the establishment. Working closely with the Education Manager and wider prison departments, the postholder ensures accurate recording of learner data, allocation to purposeful activity, and effective administration of all learning and skills processes. The prison delivers high-quality, needs-led services that support women to make positive and lasting changes. It supports a diverse population, including mothers with babies, young offenders, women serving a range of sentence lengths, foreign nationals, and those on remand. The site includes residential units, healthcare facilities, workshops, education areas, a gym, library, visits hall, chaplaincy, and kitchen.

Sodexo operates with three core values: Be Positive, Be Courageous, and Be the Difference.
